ETEM is looking for a qualified candidate to join the Sofia facilities as a Customer Service Specialist.

Requirements:

  • University degree;
  • At least 1 years of customer service experience;
  • Good communication and organizational skills, able to work in a team environment;
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, ability to multi-task;
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines;
  • Energetic, ambitious and result-oriented person;
  • Good command of English is a must;
  • A second foreign language would be an advantage, preferably French – B2;
  • Knowledge of SAP will be considered a plus.

Key responsibilities:

The purpose of the position is the complete support of the domestic and export sales teams.

  • Records and processes orders received by mail, telephone and /or through personal customer contact in the system; 
    Serves as a communication link between customer and sales staff to assure responsiveness;
  • Tracks order activity and alerting appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems.
  • Develops and maintains a vast knowledge of the products and services being offered.
  • Prepares documents and reports for future reference.
  • Analyzes complaints from customers and provides adequate resolutions
  • Conduct surveys regarding products, services and customer service experiences.
  • Communicates customer feedback to various teams—including technical and marketing departments, in order to improve the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform Bank, Vendors and G/L accounts reconciliations;
  • Handle of Fixed Assets Register;
  • Prepare accruals and provisions;
  • Cash flow report;
  • Petty cash postings;
  • Run payment proposals;
  • Support month-end and year-end closing process.

Skills and qualification

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant;
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in an accounting department;
  • Experience with general ledger functions and month-end / year-end closing process;
  • Good knowledge of IFRS, the Hellenic accounting standard and Greek tax legislation;
  • Excellent command of English, both written and oral;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Knowledge of SAP will be considered an asset.

We are looking for an Area Sales Manager for our company in Ukraine, who will be responsible for sales activities in the assigned regions (Kiev and Western Ukraine), including the introduction of new products, supporting existing products, approaching fabricators, developers and architects of the assigned area. We expect the ideal candidate will be a result-oriented team player, who will be representing ETEM brand and promoting ETEM products on the market.

Area Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets (based on KPIs), reporting directly to the Managing Director of the affiliate.

Key responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell ETEM Aluminum Architectural Systems products to existing customers;
  • Continuously widen sales network by approaching potential customers;
  • Identify sales channels within the assigned region and follow them;
  • Constantly keep contact with customers regarding their needs;
  • Identify, approach and prepare offers for big tenders;

Requirements:

  • Min 3 years successful in active B2B sales. Experience in glazing/AL/PVC industry will be considered as an advantage;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • PC literacy. Knowledge of specialized software will be considered as an advantage (AutoCAD, LogiKal, CCalc);
  • The ability for often business trips;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Knowledge of English will be considered as an advantage;
  • To respect and follow corporate standards;
